How often should I clean my Mignon Manuale coffee grinder?
It is important to regularly clean and maintain your Eureka coffee grinder in order for your machine to work properly. Cleaning your coffee grinder is easy; if done at least once a week - it will help prolong your machine life and prevent damages.
Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged. Simply empty the beans out and wipe the hopper and the lid with a clean cloth to remove the oily residue from the coffee beans. Then, clean the spout with a brush and a clean cloth to remove old, leftover coffee. To clean the base: use a damp cloth.
For extra protection against corrosion, friction and oxidation, we suggest using food-grade lubricants such as the Lubri-Film Food Grade Brewing Unit Grease.
(Maintenance on your coffee grinder – the interior of your machine – should only be performed by an authorised and trained personnel.)
